Course 1 (choice of one)

Romaine Wedge - romaine heart, red onion, tomato, hempseed, cashew ranch, coconut bacon.

Creamy Cauliflower Leek Soup - sweet onion, garlic, leeks, herbs, cauliflower, coconut bacon.

 

Course 2 (choice of one)

BBQ Tempeh Burger - marinated & seared tempeh, homemade BBQ, caramelized onions, avocado, sprouted grain bun, sweet potato wedges, marinated greens.

Raw Portobella Cheddar Burger - marinated portobella cap, cashew cheddar, red onion, sliced tomato, romaine, collard leaf bun, cajun sweet potato chips, marinated greens.

 

Dessert

Chocolate Peanut Butter Custard - dark chocolate custard, peanut butter sauce, chocolate chips.
