Course 1 (choice of one)

Spring Beet Salad
Mixed greens tossed with red onion, fresh herbs, and hempseeds in a berry balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with sliced beets and black pepper.

Carmelized Zucchini Soup
Sweet carmelized onions, garlic, zucchini, and spices simmered in our homemade veggie broth. Topped with fresh herbs and cashew Parmesan.


Course 2 (choice of one)

Pesto Vegetable Stack
Sliced eggplant, portobello, roasted red pepper, and zucchini layered with fresh pesto and cashew cream. Served with a citrus fennel salad and marinated greens.

Raw Zucchini Envelope
Marinated portobello mushrooms, Sundried tomatoes, herbed cashew cream, and arugula wrapped in thinly sliced zucchini. Topped with fresh pesto and served with citrus fennel salad and marinated greens.


Dessert
Rawdog® Strawberry Gelato
Topped with a sweet mint sauce.
