Super Smoothie

Jump start the morning with a nutrition packed smoothie the kids will love. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (hemp, almond, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 stalk kale, stem removed
  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp flax oil
  • 1 Tbsp goji berries

Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Enjoy!
