Hi, we’re Alex & Cara, the owners of Seed to Sprout! Seed to Sprout was born out of a deep passion for plant based eating, and overall natural wellness.  What started as a weekly dinner pop-up, quickly grew into a multi location business on the Jersey Shore.

 In 2011 we  joined forces to bring Organic, Vegan food to our community through Thursday night pop-up dinners at My Kitchen Witch in Monmouth Beach, and guided raw food cleanses.  We would spend countless hours cooking and recipe developing out of a tiny studio apartment.  When we quickly outgrew that space, we realized it was time to find a home of our own.  The stars aligned, and we landed the perfect storefront in Avon-by-the-Sea.  

We opened the doors to Seed to Sprout in Fall of 2012, right in the middle of Hurricane Sandy.  Through this we were able to connect with our community and meet some of our most loyal customers.  Over the years, the restaurant and offerings have evolved to include breakfast & lunch, dinners, pantry products, raw food cleanses, custom cakes, catering, cooking classes, and so much more.

Our passion and desire to bring plant-based foods and natural wellness to our community and beyond grows every day.  We will soon be launching online cooking classes, available virtually, including many of our favorite recipes, as well as lifestyle tips and tricks.  We have big dreams for the future of Seed to Sprout, and have no plans of stopping anytime soon.
